For-profit web sites are permitted to generate up to 25,000 map loads per day by using the Google Maps API v3. If your sites that exceed the limits, you'll need to purchase a Google Maps API for Business license from Google Inc. And you need to do it by yourself, we won't giving help on this.

Sorry, you can't. Unless the commercial version is purchased.
What the version of jQuery is compatible to your script?
The version of jQuery 1.7 is enclosed in the download file. But if you're using the early version of jQuery on your web site and don't want to update it. The script should be running fine with the version 1.4 and newer. However, we do not guarantee that our script is compatible with the early version of jQuery.
Can I put several address on one page and display different maps?

Yes, building name, store name, and the name of government agency could be used to create the maps. But it must be uniquely and could be found in Google Maps, otherwise the maps might not be displayed correctly.
